An established and high-volume anesthesia practice is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a physician-led group in a dynamic coastal metro region. This is a supervised model with no call or weekend requirements and flexible scheduling options. Licensing assistance is available, and a minimum 3-month commitment is requested
Job Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services in a full-scope practice across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers
Work with 30+ anesthesiologists and 80+ CRNAs in a collaborative environment
Work primarily at one facility with occasional shifts at nearby facilities (no same-day site switching)
Deliver anesthesia across various case types, including OB, ortho, neuro, vascular, general, ophthalmology, urology, and limited pediatric cases
Work in a supervised model with no on-call duties
Assist in delivering care for OB-heavy cases (~6,000 deliveries/year)
Qualifications: Licensure: Valid RN and CRNA certification required (VA license not required at the time of the offer, but will need to be obtained (licensing assistance available))
BLS & ACLS: Current certification required
Experience: No specific experience requirements, but prior anesthesia practice is expected
Credentialing: Takes approximately 90–120 days
DEA: Not required for the role
Working Hours: Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, or 12s
No weekend or on-call duties
Full-time and contract options available, with a minimum 3-month commitment required
Initial contract term: 3 months minimum, with the possibility for long-term roles
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge in anesthesia across various case types, including OB, ortho, neuro, vascular, and more
Ability to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment
Ability to work autonomously within a supervised model
Proficiency with Epic EMR system
Ability to manage high-volume anesthesia needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
